HHX2500 automatic horizontal glass washing and drying machine adopts horizontal structure, which is suitable for washing and air-drying all kinds of flat glass.

The mechanical structure is composed of a loading section, a washing section, an air-drying section, and an unloading section.

Application

Suitable for architectural glass, insulated glass, home appliance glass, and solar glass.

The working flow of glass washing machine is after the flat glass is placed on the loading section, the glass is transferred by the drive roller into the pre-washing section, and it is being washed by sprayed water by the upper nozzle, and then glass enters the washing section, brushed with pure water. Afterward, glass enters the air drying section for drying by a special high-pressure blowing, to achieve a drying and cleaning effect.
